Mark your calendars, pet lovers! The 14th annual PETS ON THIRD event is taking place on Sunday, January 15, 2023 from 10am-2pm. Hosted by Third Street South and Neapolitan Enterprises, this event is sure to be a fun-filled day for you and your furry friends.

This year's theme is "STORYBOOK PETS," exploring the special relationships between pets and characters in literature. You can participate by dressing up your pets and joining in the costume contest, with prizes being awarded in four categories including "Best Blank Story," "Most Original Storyline," "Best Fairytale Interpretation," and "Judges Whim."

But PETS ON THIRD isn't just about the costume contest. The event will also feature a PET VILLAGE in the parking lot behind the Old Naples Pub and Tommy Bahama Restaurant, where you can find pet-related businesses, non-profit organizations, and the Paws Around Town Bus from the Humane Society. Plus, the GroupieBooth will be on hand for you to snap some adorable photos of your pets and their owners. All proceeds from the event will be donated to the Humane Society Naples, so not only will you have a great time, but you'll also be supporting a worthy cause. For more information and to get involved, visit the PETS ON THIRD website. We hope to see you there!

If you're looking to buy a property and have pets, you'll want to pay attention to the pet policies of the communities you're considering. While most single family home communities will allow pets, the policies for condominiums can vary. Some condos may have limits on the number of pets you're allowed to have, as well as weight restrictions.

To help you find a property that fits your needs, I've compiled a list of all condo properties currently for sale that have no restrictions on pets. However, if you have specific requirements based on the number, size, and weight of your pets, don't hesitate to reach out to me. Just call or text me at 239-298-9903 and I'll be happy to let you know about other properties that are for sale and would allow your pet(s).

Boating In Naples

As a Naples real estate agent, I am always on the lookout for fun and unique ways to experience the beauty of the area. One activity that comes to mind is boating in Naples.

Located on the Gulf of Mexico, Naples is home to some of the most breathtaking waterways in the state. Whether you're a seasoned sailor or just looking to spend a leisurely afternoon on the water, there is something for everyone.
One popular option is to rent a boat and explore the various waterways and islands on your own. There are several rental companies in the area that offer a wide range of boats, from small fishing boats to luxurious yachts. This is a great way to create your own itinerary and see the sights at your own pace.

For those who prefer a more guided experience, there are several tour companies that offer boat tours of the Naples area. These tours typically take you to some of the most picturesque spots in the area, such as Keewaydin Island or the Ten Thousand Islands. You'll have the chance to see a variety of wildlife, including dolphins, manatees, and a variety of bird species.

Whether you choose to rent a boat or take a guided tour, boating in Naples is a must-do activity for anyone looking to experience the natural beauty of the area. As a Naples RE/MAX agent, I can help you find the perfect property to call home, whether it's a waterfront property with your own private dock or a home with easy access to the local marinas. December Update

Update on the Naples Real Estate Market.
There are currently 511 homes for sale and 306 under contract in Bonita Springs/Estero. There are currently 2,431 homes for sale and 931 under contract in Naples! Inventory is SLOWLY rising. What will the seasonal months have in store for buyers? You may finally be able to find the home of your dreams at a (more) reasonable price.
What about sellers? If you are considering the idea of selling, THIS winter should still be a great time to sell. But don't wait too long! With more inventory, home prices will level out.

A HUGE THANK YOU to all community members who donated gift cards, food, clothing and most importantly, TIME, to assist those in need following Hurricane Ian. While we have a long way to go, the volunteers (many Bonita Bay community members) can be described as nothing short of heroic.
The outpouring of generosity was remarkable!
We sure do have THE MOST AMAZING and MIGHTY team/community in all of Southwest Florida!
The level of devastation has been so widespread. Many of our community members suffered great loss. We continue to attempt to assist the best we can. We often feel helpless with the lack of reasonable rental inventory and high prices. Please know that we are genuinely trying to do as much as humanly possible but still feel inadequate
because of external factors beyond our control. If you are in need of anything at all, do not hesitate to contact us.
