Mark your calendars, pet lovers! The 14th annual PETS ON THIRD event is taking place on Sunday, January 15, 2023 from 10am-2pm. Hosted by Third Street South and Neapolitan Enterprises, this event is sure to be a fun-filled day for you and your furry friends. 

This year's theme is "STORYBOOK PETS," exploring the special relationships between pets and characters in literature. You can participate by dressing up your pets and joining in the costume contest, with prizes being awarded in four categories including "Best Blank Story," "Most Original Storyline," "Best Fairytale Interpretation," and "Judges Whim." 

But PETS ON THIRD isn't just about the costume contest. The event will also feature a PET VILLAGE in the parking lot behind the Old Naples Pub and Tommy Bahama Restaurant, where you can find pet-related businesses, non-profit organizations, and the Paws Around Town Bus from the Humane Society. Plus, the GroupieBooth will be on hand for you to snap some adorable photos of your pets and their owners. All proceeds from the event will be donated to the Humane Society Naples, so not only will you have a great time, but you'll also be supporting a worthy cause. There are currently 511 homes for sale and 306 under contract in Bonita Springs/Estero. There are currently 2,431 homes for sale and 931 under contract in Naples! Inventory is SLOWLY rising. What will the seasonal months have in store for buyers? You may finally be able to find the home of your dreams at a (more) reasonable price.
What about sellers? If you are considering the idea of selling, THIS winter should still be a great time to sell. But don't wait too long! With more inventory, home prices will level out.
